Tami Danielle Lewis, J.D.
Attorney


Attorney Tami Danielle Lewis earned her Juris Doctorate Degree, cum laude, from the SMU Dedman School of Law.  Ms. Lewis worked full-time during law school in the insurance industry.  In the past year, Ms. Lewis has worked with the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Dallas Criminal District Attorney's Office.

Ms. Lewis earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, summa cum laude, from University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

Ms. Lewis is active in a number of professional organizations including the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, and the Texas Lawyers Help Organization.  Besides volunteering with Texas attorney programs, Ms. Lewis volunteers biweekly at the Father's for Equal Rights Dallas chapter, supports Amnesty International and the Save Darfur Coalition.  Additionally, Ms. Lewis has worked with ACORN in presenting workshops and otherwise assisting needy clients.

Rebecca B. D'Amico
Attorney's Assistant

Rebecca B. D'Amico graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in German Language and Linguistics from Florida Atlantic University in 2002, after moving to the United States from the United Kingdom.  Throughout the past 7 years, she has worked in fund raising and Public Relations, managing multiple fund raising projects within the states of Texas and Oklahoma. 

 

Ms. D’Amico served as Vice President of Public Relations for the Dallas Junior Chamber of Commerce, where she worked extensively with multiple media outlets and non-profit organizations.  She also volunteers in Dallas area schools presenting workshops about the benefits of higher education.  In addition, Ms. D'Amico has led a Teenage Theatre group that performs at area high schools and non-profits for at-risk youth, addressing topics that include drug use, alcohol and gang violence.

 

Ms. D'Amico's interest lies in Civil rights, Women's rights and Immigration Law and has taken part in legislative action in Texas to further these causes. In addition to this, Ms. D'Amico hopes to attend law school in 2010.   Ms. D'Amico joined T.D. Lewis Law Firm in April 2009 and assists Ms. Lewis in all areas of the practice.
